What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds.
Where do you ship?
Pick-up: We offer free pick-up from our Etobicoke location.
Shipping: We offer $15 flat rate local shipping within the GTA (Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville).
Custom/ Curated Gifts
Don't see something you love or want something modified in an existing gift box, send us an email to hello@cadeaucanada.com and we will work with you to create your perfect gift.
What is your lead time?
All gift boxes will be shipped out/ ready for pick-up within 2-5 business days. Reach out if you require a rush order!
